Republic Capital Access president and NaVOBA member Ed Stucky announced that effective immediately, veteran-owned government contractors that finance their contracts using RCA's funding program, RCAAdvantage®, will receive a 15 percent reduction in fees.
Federal law mandates 3 percent of federal contract and subcontract awards be issued to service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). Many of these businesses need financing to execute on the contracts that are awarded. Any U.S. Government contractor that is certified as a veteran-owned business is eligible for RCA's program.
Republic Capital Access funds obligations of the United States Government, thereby providing a guaranteed, stable, predictable cash flow for companies doing business with the United States Government. RCAAdvantage®, RCA's proprietary underwriting and payment processing system, provides customized, flexible, and secure programs for funding the working capital needs of companies doing business with the U.S. Government.
