It’s a challenge to get people to find you on the Internet. Also, we only sold through licensed tobacco outlets and now we do not sell through retailers.
What was the key to the success of your business? People like to buy a quality product at a low price, and we offer extraordinary service. You always have to have good service.
What advice can you share with other veteran owned business owners?: Have persistence and produce a good product. If you offer it at a low price, people will come back. Also, always treat people with compassion.
