URI is seeking to partner with Bottled Water providers who are leaders in the market place, providing bottled water services that meet all URI requirements including: water quality, private labeling services, ease of ordering, on-time delivery, consistent availability, competitive pricing, reporting and other key metrics. Water will be purified using reverse osmosis or comparable process and packaged in plastic bottles with 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.) capacity.
It is the intent of URI to secure agreements with suppliers that are able to manage all aspects of private label bottling and can also serve as a centralized source of branded water. URI plans to store private label water at its two distribution centers for further distribution to our network of over 500 branches in the U.S. and Canada. Suppliers will also be asked to provide options for direct shipments of private label and branded water to URI branches or other locations as requested.
