NaVOBA Member Opens New Anytime Fitness Franchise

Mark Cashio defines the term vetrepreneur. Cashio already owned a construction firm, Sabre Construction, but wanted to branch out and capitalize on an opportunity to grow into franchising. Last year, Cashio began to explore some franchising options and decided to work with Anytime Fitness.

In addition to his own passions for business, Cashio was instrumental in making tennessee vetrepreneur-friendly and, late last year, he helped the city of Nashville pass a measure creating more opportunituies for veteran-owned firms at the local level as well. What's more, Cashio was awarded the U.S. Small Business Administration Tennessee District Veterans Small Business Champion of the Year Award May 26.

This past weekend Mark's first Anytime Fitness location officially opened for business. Congratulations Mark!
