
Dana Vargo, Membership Marketing Manager
As membership manager for NaVOBA, Dana Pattini works in conjunction with the membership director to grow the association's membership base. Dana brings a wealth of marketing, customer service, and event planning experience to NaVOBA.
Before joining NaVOBA, Dana was the event director for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America located in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Dana worked alongside other planners to coordinate and market all conventions and conferences for the association. In addition to planning, Dana was also involved in the recruiting international insurance agents to become members of the association.
Prior to working for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Dana began her career at the law firm Wiley Rein & Fielding in Washington, D.C., as a marketing assistant. She also completed various internships with companies such as AMI located in Miami, Fla., and Training Consultants, Inc. located in Morgantown, W.Va.
Dana earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Communication Studies from West Virginia University in 2002. Dana was inducted in the professional fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.
