10% of all regular NaVOBA member dues goes toward non-profit support.

NaVOBA uses its reach and influence to strengthen non-profit entities which align with our mission. NaVOBA supports the following two groups of non-profit entities:

Charity  Organizations that provide support for our wounded veterans in need are of great importance to NaVOBA. NaVOBA supports the following two military charities:

• Fisher House
• Wounded Warriors

The Lobby  State and federal laws mandating veteran-owned business (VOB) supplier utilization set the foundation for the veteran business movement; much like similar laws did for minority and women suppliers. NaVOBA finds the continued strengthening of that lobby to be important. Those lobbying and government advocacy organizations we support include (in alphabetical order):

How does NaVOBA support them? 

Outreach  NaVOBA provides non-profit partners with the following at no cost:

1. A public podium and mouthpiece in the form of a free column in Vetrepreneur magazine.
2. Event promotion and listing of all of their events in Vetrepreneur magazine and our Web site.
3. Complimentary copies of Vetrepreneur provided for events.

Financial  NaVOBA donates 10 percent of all regular membership dues towards non-profit support.
